DESCRIPTION

Premium Material
Made from ATLAS material, a robust, marine-grade fabric, our covers provide premium protection from a wide range of harsh elements. This high-quality material is specifically engineered to withstand the damaging effects of UV rays, preventing fading and degradation over time. Additionally, the ATLAS fabric offers exceptional resistance to saltwater, ensuring your boat remains protected from corrosive marine environments. It also effectively shields against dirt and pollutants, keeping your vessel clean and well-maintained. With the durable and resilient ATLAS material, you can trust that your boat is safeguarded against the toughest conditions, maintaining its pristine condition for years to come.

Durability
Oceansouth’s Inflatable Boat Covers are renowned for their exceptional durability, making them an ideal choice for protecting your boat. The ATLAS fabric is not only resistant to abrasions and tears but also offers superior protection against UV rays, saltwater and pollutants. Additionally, the fabric’s robust construction prevents stretching and sagging, maintaining a secure and snug fit over time.

Easy Maintenance
Oceansouth Inflatable Boat Covers are designed with a dirt-repellent feature that makes cleaning effortless. Simply use mild soap and warm water to maintain the cover’s appearance. Keeping the cover dirt-free ensures it retains its usability and remains ready for quick deployment whenever needed, providing both convenience and effective protection for your boat.

Water Resistance and Breathability
The water-resistant Inflatable Boat Covers are engineered to prevent moisture from seeping through, keeping your boat dry and protected from the elements. Additionally, the ATLAS fabric boasts excellent breathability, allowing moisture and condensation to escape, which helps prevent mold, mildew and corrosion. This combination of water resistance and breathability ensures that your boat remains in optimal condition, whether it’s exposed to rain, saltwater, or humidity.

UV Protection
The strong UPF 50+ UV resistance of our covers ensures long-lasting colorfastness, effectively shielding your boat’s surfaces from the sun’s harmful UV rays. This high level of UV protection not only preserves the vibrant colors of your boat’s finish but also prevents the gradual deterioration and fading caused by prolonged exposure to sunlight. By maintaining the integrity of your boat’s appearance, our covers help extend the lifespan of its exterior, reducing the need for frequent maintenance and costly repainting. With our UPF 50+ rated covers, you can confidently enjoy your time on the water, knowing your boat is well-protected against the harsh effects of the sun.

Important – Please Note
If trailering with the cover on the Inflatable Boat at speeds greater than 38mph, ensure the tiedowns are secure and taught but it’s important not to overtighten – this will only cause ripping when travelling at speed. Visually check the cover and tie downs at regular intervals throughout your journey. We highly recommend using 2 light ratchet style straps tightened over the bow of the Inflatable Boat and secured to either side of the trailer to help take the wind force pressure off the cover and tie downs.

MEASUREMENT
INSTRUCTIONS

Watch our video on how to measure your boat –
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uVZLUy5XKSQ

1. Measure the Overall Fabric Length
Using a tape measure, take the following measurements on your boat making sure you measure from 10-15cm below the point of the bow of the boat (assume this is where the hem of the cover will be) all the way back to 10-15cm below the stern.
If you have a Bimini, ensure this is folded down and resting on the gunwales and that when you measure from bow to stern the tape measure goes over the folded-down Bimini.

2. Measure the Overall Fabric Width
Using a tape measure, take a measurement 10-15cm below the widest part of your boat on the Port side gunnel and across to 10-15cm below the opposite Starboard gunnel. If you have side handrails, ensure the tape measure goes up and over these.

Once you have these 2 overall measurements refer to the below table showing the overall cover dimensions for each size of cover offered and match up to arrive at the best fit for your boat.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Oceansouth began in 1985 in a small garage in Melbourne, Australia as a part-time project making boat ladders and bimini tops. It quickly grew into a global leader in the design and manufacturing of marine accessories. The company expanded its product line beyond its initial offerings, becoming an industry innovator known for blending functionality with style. This reputation for quality led to national recognition in Australia and a move to a larger manufacturing facility in 1990.

In 2012, Oceansouth established its divisional headquarters in Miami, marking its entry into the U.S. market with the aim of expanding its global presence and bringing Oceansouth to the world. This expansion into the U.S.A. was a huge success, leading to further growth in North America and setting the stage for Oceansouth’s foray into the European sector in 2014, with its European base established in Germany.

With our products now sold in 94 countries worldwide, Oceansouth is the premier market leader in marine and boating accessories.

How do I measure my boat?
Check out the video on how to measure – https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AlPBMaiWH4Q
Otherwise scroll down to the overall measurement instructions and you will see a guide on how to measure your boat.

How do I tell the difference between the T-Top or Pilot Covers?
T-Tops are made specifically to go over boats with a T-Top.
Pilot covers are made for pilot cruiser type boats.

Are they trailerable?
Yes the covers are trailerable (once tied down). For long distance highway travel, we always recommend adding some additional straps over the top. This stops the cover from flapping which prolongs the cover lifespan.

How should I clean my cover?
-To clean your cover, use a soft brush and lukewarm water
-Do not use harsh laundry soap or chemical detergent as they may damage the protective UV coating on your cover.
-A mild, soapy detergent (even dishwashing liquid) is perfect to remove dirt and grim.
-For the more stubborn and in ground stains, we recommend using a polyester canvas cleaner available from most camping and auto stores.
-Air dry
Note: To prolong the life of your cover it must be clean and completely dry before storing.

How to avoid rain/water pooling in the cover?
Check out our support pole in the link – https://oceansouth.us/product/boat-cover-support-pole-kit/
This will allow the rain/water to run straight off the cover.

Will sharp object poke through the fabric?
To extend the cover’s lifespan, reinforce any stressed areas with extra fabric such as foam or a towel to prevent potential punctures over time.

Can Oceansouth modify a cover specifically to my needs?
No, we do not produce or alter bespoke orders to specific customer requirements. However, you can take our covers to a marine trimmer for any necessary modifications. Please be aware that such modifications may void the warranty.

Can I Return or exchange the product if it does not fit?
Yes, as long as the product has not been damaged. Contact sales@oceansouth.us to find out how to organise the return.
